Try to be objective when looking at your property

Outside

Are there any jobs that you’ve been putting off? Small repairs perhaps?

Does the front door need repainting? Is the garden tidy?

Make it as inviting as possible.

Inside

Is it tidy? Will people be able to visualise themselves living there?

Do you have any small repair jobs that you’ve been avoiding?

Declutter! No one wants to see your stuff! Just your house.

Think about your colour scheme, is it neutral?

Would it be worth investing a small amount on decoration if it gets you a sale?

Remember first impressions count so make it a good one!
